A graduate of the Faculty of International Relations at Odessa National University in Ukraine, she received a prestigious scholarship from Japan's Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT) in 2017, bringing her to Japan. She went on to graduate from Kyoto University's Faculty of Law in 2022.

In 2020, she was selected by the S&R Foundation for the Kingfisher Leadership Program, which took her to Silicon Valley, and also joined Kyoto's Phoenixi Incubation program. Her achievements earned her the Kansai Business Conference’s Shining Women Award in 2022 and the Special Award at EY Entrepreneur of the Year Japan in 2023. She was also featured in Forbes Japan's "Next 100" and Forbes "30 under 30".

In 2016, Ivan founded a startup in Ukraine dedicated to developing devices for visually impaired individuals. By 2018, he had joined the R&D team at Ciklum and in 2019, he became the Data Science Lead at Genesis, one of Ukraine's top tech companies.

A graduate of the Faculty of Electronics at Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, he also earned a PhD from Osaka University, where he was part of the Biophysical Data Science Group. His work has been featured in esteemed journals like Nature Scientific Reports, and he holds several notable inventions to his name.

Ryota developed a passion for social issues through the CIE Oxford program and co-founded a comprehensive learning academy after deciding on a university during his senior year of high school. He took a two-year leave from university to serve as CMO.

With a growing interest in gender issues, Ryota stepped down from the academy and resumed his studies at Chuo University's Faculty of Law. While completing his degree, he gained experience at several startups before joining Flora in 2021. He was appointed COO in 2022.
